Come challenge your body and burn more fat with our boot camp style classes. This is the perfect way to find that afterburn to keep burning calories for up to 36 hours after just one workout!! We keep our classes small, no more than 10 people per class. With smaller classes, our instructors are able to make sure you are getting all you need out of your work out.
