Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
Do you ever find yourself craving a pumpkin spice latte in the fall, but don’t want to drink your calories? This is an awesome recipe that tastes close to the real thing and is almost hard to believe it’s a protein shake! The only thing missing is the coffee, which you can add if you put cold coffee in instead of the almond milk!
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder of your choice
10 oz Unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup Pumpkin puree
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Ice
2 tbs Almond milk whipped cream
Start by getting a blender and adding your unsweetened almond milk to the cup. Add in one scoop of vanilla protein powder, ¼ cup of pumpkin puree, 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and 1 cup of ice. Blend all of this together until your shake meets the consistency you would like. The longer you blend your protein, the thicker your shake is going to get. Top your shake with 2 tbs of of almond milk whipped cream and a pinch of your pumpkin pie spice.
